By booking services with Apex Wash Co., the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all services performed by Apex Wash Co. and supersede any prior oral or written representations.

Payment Terms
Apex Wash Co. requires the following payment terms for all scheduled services:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to confirm your appointment. No service date is reserved until the deposit is received.
- A valid credit card must be kept on file for the duration of the service engagement. Apex Wash Co. reserves the right to charge the card on file for any outstanding balance.
- The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of services. Payment is expected before the crew departs the job site.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. Apex Wash Co. does not accept checks.

Late Payment
Any balance not collected upon completion of services is subject to a late payment penalty of 5% of the outstanding job balance per day, beginning the day after services are rendered. This penalty accrues daily until the balance is paid in full.
In the event the card on file is declined at time of collection, Apex Wash Co. will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer. The late payment penalty clock begins regardless of card processing status. Apex Wash Co. reserves the right to pursue all available legal and collections remedies for unpaid balances.

Net Terms
Net payment terms are not standard and are not available to all customers. Net terms may be extended solely at the discretion of Apex Wash Co. and must be pre-approved and pre-arranged in writing prior to the scheduled service date.
Customers operating under approved net terms are subject to the same 5% per-day late payment penalty on any balance not received by the agreed net due date. Approval of net terms for one engagement does not guarantee net terms for future engagements.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Apex Wash Co. reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, unsafe surface temperatures, or equipment issues, with no penalty to either party. In the event Apex Wash Co. cancels, any deposit paid will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment at the customer's election.
Weather and temperature conditions affecting service safety are determined solely at the discretion of Apex Wash Co. This includes but is not limited to freezing or near-freezing temperatures, high wind, lightning, or conditions that create a risk of surface damage or crew safety hazard.

Pre-Existing & Undisclosed Conditions
Apex Wash Co. is not responsible for damage to surfaces, structures, landscaping, or property that results from pre-existing conditions, prior damage, deterioration, faulty construction, or conditions not disclosed to Apex Wash Co. prior to the start of services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loose, cracked, or failing paint, sealant, caulk, or coatings
- Rotting, deteriorated, or structurally compromised wood, siding, or trim
- Aging or improperly installed windows, doors, or seals
- Existing stains, discoloration, or damage that cannot be remediated by pressure or soft-wash cleaning
Customers are encouraged to disclose any known conditions prior to service. Apex Wash Co. will perform a reasonable pre-service walkthrough where applicable, but this does not constitute an obligation to identify all conditions. Any conditions noted by the crew prior to beginning will be communicated to the customer.

Furniture, Plants & Obstacles
Apex Wash Co. crews do not move outdoor furniture, potted plants, grills, decorative items, vehicles, or other personal property as part of standard services. It is the customer's responsibility to clear the work area prior to the scheduled service date.
If the customer requests that Apex Wash Co. crew members move items prior to or during service, this will be billed at $150.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum, charged in addition to the agreed service total. Moving assistance is subject to crew availability and is not guaranteed day-of.
Items not moved by the customer prior to service may be worked around at the crew's discretion. Apex Wash Co. assumes no liability for damage to items left in the work area that were not relocated by the customer, including vehicles parked within or adjacent to the work area.

Scope Changes & Additional Services
The services agreed upon at the time of scheduling represent the full scope of work for the scheduled visit. Any additional services requested on the day of service — including but not limited to additional areas, surfaces, structures, or treatments not included in the original scope — are subject to the following:
- All out-of-scope work will be priced on a job-specific time-and-materials (T&M) basis and quoted before work begins.
- Day-of additions may not be performable at the time of the scheduled visit. Apex Wash Co. reserves the right to decline same-day scope additions where doing so would create a timeline overrun that impacts other scheduled clients.
- Where day-of additions are feasible and agreed upon in writing or via text/email confirmation, the additional T&M charges will be added to the final invoice and are due upon completion.
Customers are encouraged to raise any additional service needs prior to the scheduled date to allow for proper planning and quoting.

Water Access & Supply
Unless otherwise arranged, the customer is responsible for providing accessible water at the service location. This includes ensuring that a functioning hose bib or spigot with adequate flow and pressure is available at the time of service.
Apex Wash Co. is not responsible for the condition, capacity, or output of the customer's water supply, including but not limited to private wells, low-pressure systems, or shared water sources. Any costs associated with water usage — including well operation, municipal charges, or utility fees — are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a water source is unavailable or inadequate at the service location, Apex Wash Co. can supply water via an onboard tank at an additional cost. Water supply pricing is not a flat rate and will be quoted on a job-specific basis prior to scheduling. This option must be arranged in advance — same-day water supply requests cannot be guaranteed.

Property Access & Site Conditions
The customer represents that they have the authority to authorize services at the property address provided. Apex Wash Co. crew members will require reasonable access to all areas designated for cleaning. The customer is responsible for securing pets, notifying occupants, unlocking gates, and ensuring safe site conditions prior to crew arrival.
If Apex Wash Co. crew arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property due to locked gates, unrestrained animals, or other conditions within the customer's control, the visit may be treated as a customer no-show. In this event, the deposit may be forfeited and a rescheduling fee may apply.
Apex Wash Co. is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground or surface utilities, including irrigation lines, low-voltage landscape lighting, or similar infrastructure. The customer is responsible for disclosing the location of all such systems prior to service.

Photo Documentation
Apex Wash Co. reserves the right to photograph and document the property before, during, and after services are performed. Photos may be used for internal quality control, project documentation, and marketing purposes including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional materials.
All photographs taken by Apex Wash Co. are the sole intellectual property of Apex Wash Co. The customer acknowledges that they are not entitled to any compensation, royalty, or share of revenue derived from the use of photographs taken at their property, regardless of how those photographs are used or monetized by Apex Wash Co.
Customers who do not wish to have their property photographed for marketing use must notify Apex Wash Co. in writing prior to the scheduled service date. Documentation photos for internal quality control purposes will be retained regardless of marketing opt-out. Apex Wash Co. will not use photographs containing identifiable persons in any marketing materials without separate written consent.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Wash Co.'s total liability for any claim arising out of services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. Apex Wash Co. shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

Service Satisfaction & Disputes
Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported to Apex Wash Co. within 48 hours of service completion. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for remedy. Apex Wash Co. will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns at no additional charge.

Agreement
By scheduling or accepting services from Apex Wash Co., the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services performed by Apex Wash Co. and supersede any prior oral or written representations.
